Moms never get time for themselves. Especially to do things like exercise, relax and stretch. Our time is so limited. We are always chauffeuring our children to activities and school, grocery shopping, and taking trips to the doctor, dentist, etc. According to a 2008 Momproof.com survey, moms spend 405 hours in the car, which is almost 17 days straight of sitting on your butt. That can't be good. Nanette from Carpool Karma sent me one of her CDs to test out and I'm glad she did. Now I have something productive to do while waiting in the parking lot for something. (I'm early a lot of times to things because I hate rushing too hard with my two kids.) Carpool Karma is a CD you can use in your car while you are in between errands to exercise your mind and body. Yes, exercise in the car. I never thought that was possible before. You just have to make sure your parking brake is on. The exercises strengthen core muscles in the back, shoulders, abs, obliques and quads, relax tension in the upper body, head and neck, and can be performed comfortably in the driver's seat. And if you are really good, you can do the mental exercise while driving. They seemed pretty simple at first but got hard real quick.

I love their saying "So get your kids in the car and your mind and body into shape!" I could use this as we are in the car a lot.
I could definately use this...as I sit in carpool lines all the time waiting for my nanny charges!! I can only imagine how much more time I'll be in the car once my own little ones have their activities too!!
I like how you can pick and choose what activities you want to do with the different tracks for each one.
What a cool product. I drive my kiddos all over, would love this. My memory is suffering, I would love to do some brain exercises!

What a cool product! I have often wondered about what type of exercises one could do in a car while stuck in traffic.

what a great idea!
ive been driving a lot with job interviews. I could definitely use something that stimulated my mind and body on those long trips
I like that it can reduce stress, stimulate brain activity and work key muscle groups. I could really use this to tone up in the little moments of life in the car

Time spent driving is generally stressful - this seems a great way to counter that stress, and also get into shape!
I like the reduce stress piece.

What mom doesn't need to reduce stress, stimulate brain activity and work key muscle groups. All while waiting in traffic! Yeah!

I would love to exercise in my car - what a super idea!
This is such a neat idea. I spend so much time taxiing my kids around. I always am trying to squeeze in exercise or just taking time to reduce my stress. This would help accomplish that while also going to where I need to go.
