I have been inspired to jot down steps to help mommies boost their confidence, find that perfect balance and get back the energy that fuels motivation. It’s easy to get caught up in the family trap, where we focus all our time and energy on children, work and chores.
But what about our delicate mommy soul? The very heart of who we are? If we neglect our most precious asset, then we will eventually burnout. And who wants to be around a cranky and whiny mommy?
